Тренинг-центр "Альфа Фарм” основан в 2009 г.. Начиная с момента создания тренинг-центр проводит профессионально-практические курсы для фармацевтов и провизоров. Эти курсы проводятся на основе передовой практики аптечной деятельности. Центр имеет возможность проводить курсы соответствующие самым современным требованиям, а так же внедрять их на практике. Специалисты центра имеют высокую квалификацию в своей области и большой опыт в организации различных тренинг-курсов.

2. Head of Marketing and Communications

Job Description:
Alfa Pharm CJSC is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing and Communications, who will be responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of all of the Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relations activities.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the overall marketing/communications/public relations strategy and marketing/PR plans for pharmacy business area helping to deliver on business plans and objectives,
- lead the development of annual marketing/PR plans in support of the pharmacy business including identifying and bringing new ideas and innovative approaches to the organization,
- provide significant input into the annual marketing plan, specifically: sales forecasts for each product (taking into consideration past history, market trends, competitive activity and required sales effort), allocation of expenses between products (taking into consideration stage in product life cycle, potential for future growth and profit contribution, potential competitors), required sales promotion programs (taking into consideration marketing strengths relative to competitors, selling opportunities and customers needs and attitudes) and the marketing materials needed to accomplish the goals.
- develop marketing/PR strategies to drive script growth through rapid, emerging opportunities including the strategic use of new technologies, digital media products, etc,
- financial management of the marketing programs including budget planning, resource allocation and preparation of quarterly reports.
- direct market research activities in order to keep abreast of changing demographics and other relevant issues in order to evaluate marketing and communication activities and to monitor emerging issues,
- collect continuous intelligence on each brand`s/product's performance, competitors and customer attitudes, proposing appropriate actions as the market environment for company`s products changes,
- identify unmet customer needs, emerging trends, and area gaps and collaborate with professional teams to be the first to provide customers with solutions,
- develop and implement communications, media and advertising strategies, that successfully deliver information and key messages to the public,
- manage communications campaigns / programs to meet performance goals, including management of loyalty programs, brand awareness, etc,
- determine the marketability of a new product or service, test out the level of public interest for a new product or service,
- determine, in concert with other departments, pricing and product placement,
- look for new markets that may require the company’s products or services,
- provide input for the annual pharmacy consumer marketing strategic plan, supporting tactics and budget, including initiatives to acquire and retain pharmacy customers,
- provide regular reporting and complete analysis of programs and future recommendations for all aspects of the program.

Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Economics, MBA is preferred,
- more than five (5) years of managerial experience in the marketing field, preferable in the pharmaceutical industry,
- self-motivated, high capacity individual, who can function and win in a demanding, performance-driven environment,
- proactive willingness of self-educating around retail, healthcare, pharmacy business and marketing industry trends,
- creative problem solver, who can incorporate new learnings into existing plans and act decisively and independently,
- strong interpersonal skills,
- ability to preserve confidentiality of information,
- ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects.
- ability to work within strict time frames and resolute deadlines.
- excellent written and spoken communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian languages,
- proficiency in Microsoft Office.
